Team bookings
Everything the team has on the go. Open one to pick up where somebody left off — the supplier PDFs stay on whichever computer read them, so only the tidied-up booking is shared here.
Everything for one booking, in one go
Drop the TravelTek invoice and every supplier voucher for this client at once — Hotelbeds, Stuba, WebBeds, Julià, TuriTop, whatever came in. Each one gets read, matched to a supplier layout and turned into the same standard record. Nothing leaves your computer: the files are read in the browser, not uploaded anywhere.
What it pulls out
Client and reference from the invoice; and from each supplier document the service name, date, times, confirmation number, pax, meeting point with its street address, inclusions and exclusions, and — the one that matters most — the supplier's own emergency number in Europe. Anything a document doesn't say is left blank and flagged, never guessed.

Produce the pack —
Branded vouchers
One standard voucher per service, in your black and orange, with the meeting point map QR, a tap-to-call QR for the supplier, and the supplier's European emergency number up front. This is what gets attached in Travefy's Info & Documents.
Travel wallet
The lot in one document: cover page, trip at a glance, a day-by-day list of who to ring in Europe, then every voucher in date order. Print it or send it as a single PDF.
Travefy paste pack
Every field in the order Travefy asks for it, one click to copy each, and a tick box per event so you don't lose your place. Opens in a new tab.
trip.json
The structured file your Travefy loader skill reads — the same one that will feed the API push if Travefy ever come back with sensible pricing. Also feeds quotes and maps.
